My name is Scott Ludford, and I am a Professional Triathlete based in Beaverton, Oregon. I have been coaching athletes throughout North America and Europe for over 4 years in all race formats (draft-legal/non-draft-legal Sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and Full Ironman distances), working with athletes of all levels to develop a specialized training program and achieve their goals.
As a coach, my focus is to deliver unique, high-quality training programs that are customized to each athlete's goals, schedule, and lifestyle. My coaching philosophy emphasizes a person centered approach—integrating individualized endurance training, nutrition planning, and strength work, while creating a plan that is structured around your responsibilities outside of training.
I work closely with a wide range of athletes, from those training for their first triathlon, to elite age-group competitors and aspiring professionals, providing both online and in-person coaching designed to help each athlete reach their full potential.
